The Sofia Pension is located in the Old Town of Rhodes, in one of the most interesting parts. It is close to the Kahal Shalom Synagogue in the old Jewish quarter, within easy walking distance of the Palace of the Grand Masters and the Archeology Museum.
The Sofia Pension is just a four minute walk from the beach and is lovely family run establishment. Each room has air conditioning, is simple and clean with lovely decor, and a fridge and room safe. The staff will be happy to help you with any touring arrangements. There is so much to see and do in Rhodes and you really do a need a few days. If you are lucky and you have the time, a few weeks is great. The beaches are lovely, the weather in spring, summer and autumn is gorgeous and suntanning, swimming and snorkelling is excellent. There are many water sports centres nearby. It’s a good idea to do a boat tour for a day and see all the secret coves and beaches the island has to offer, visit Lindos and the Acropolis and dive into the crystal clear water.
You can hire a bike, hire a car, or even hire a yacht. We love to share the Island of Rhodes with our visitors and will recommend restaurants, bars, nightclubs and of course, sightseeing.
