We love Archangelos as it has managed to hold on to its local traditional Greek village feel.  The narrow streets are fabulous, the smell of freshly baked bread is divine, and the traditional homes with their vivid colours, arches and ceramic plates are gorgeous.  Archangelos is one of those Greek villages that has not changed over the years. You will easily find the village centre with the Church of Archangel Michael, and there are local taverns and shops, filled with local people.  The beaches are quiet and beautiful, the Aegean ocean is warm and inviting and holiday makers are slowly making this village their choice for a Rhodes holiday.  It’s quite but there are plenty of cafes and taverns, good shopping, beautiful sights, fabulous swimming and the village of Rhodes is not far away at all.

The Archangelos bay is unspoiled and a real Greek beauty.  You will find sun beds and loungers on the beach and there is aways space.  Take time to enjoy Rhodes, and a peaceful escape, choose a local guesthouse or hotel and make this your base and then explore.   Visitors to Archangelos love the beach, the atmosphere and the overall feel of the village.
